Permanent Docs

How this works:

If you are looking to have your office covered for any length of time give us a call. We'll send you a questionnaire in regards to software, x-ray, therapies, duration of coverage, etc. You will then be matched with one of our Temporary Docs in your area and a price quote; based on your needs, will be sent to you. We will then send you an agreement contract of what you can expect from our team. Once everything is signed, we will arrange for our Temporary Doc to shadow you for two, half days. Payment is due to TravelDocs prior to services rendered but not dispersed to our Temporary Doc until completion of work.

What we provide for you:

The convenience of proper documentation including: insurance compliancy, legal and ethical authorization, as well as 24 hour access to Dr. Bearden with questions or concerns of coverage and liability. In addition we mentor all of our Temporary Docs in adjusting skills, leadership, philosophy; as well as resume development, and networking opportunities throughout the US to ensure the coverage for your office is stress-free and professional.

What we ask of you: 

Upon completion of work provided by your Temporary Doc, we ask that you fill out a quick questionnaire regarding the services, professionalism, and quality of our doc to help build their resume as well as the experience of working with TravelDocs.
