Temporary Docs

How this works:

Once you have been approved by our team you will be matched with doctors in your area who need coverage of their office. We will send you contracts to read and sign regarding how their practice is ran, expectations, date and payment negotiations. You will train for two half days with the permanent doctor, cover for their office, and get paid for your services, weekly.

What we provide:

Our Temporary Docs receive financial compensation for work in their desired location, mentorship regarding adjusting skills, leadership, insurance compliancy, philosophy; as well as legal compliance within their state of practice, resume development, and networking opportunities throughout the US. Also, TravelDocs provides peace of mind knowing you can get paid for what you love to do until you are ready to settle in to your own practice or the RIGHT associate position for you.
